Benmak Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Benmak Virtual Assistants Affiliate Program. By registering to work with us as an affiliate marketer, you confirm that you have clearly read and agree to comply fully with the following:

1. Eligibility

– The program is open to individuals worldwide who are 18 years or older.

– Affiliates must also possess a valid government-issued ID (e.g., National ID, Passport, or Driver’s License) for verification and payment purposes.

– Benmak Virtual Assistants reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.

2. Referrals & Commissions

– Affiliates earn 10% monthly recurring commission on payments received from long-term clients they refer.

– For one-off services (e.g., book editing), commissions are still 10% per project.

– Specifically for website design and development, for which we purchase plugins and pay one-off expenses for hosting and security, you’ll get 10% of the profits after the third-party purchases.

– If a one-off service evolves into a long-term project, the affiliate will receive recurring commissions for the additional/evolved services.

– Commissions are only valid on accepted referrals that meet our service criteria.

3. Payment Terms

– Payments are processed monthly after the client’s full payment is received.

– Payment methods: bank transfer, mobile money, or PayPal.

– If the client defaults, cancels or initiates a refund, the affiliate marketer will be informed and commissions ceased immediately.

4. Representation & Identity

– Affiliates are not employees or staff members of Benmak Virtual Assistants.

– Affiliates must not claim staff status (including on social media, CVs, portfolios, or professional platforms) when conversing with potential clients.

– When mentioning their affiliation, affiliates must clearly state their role as an Affiliate Marketer.

– Intentional misrepresentation will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

5. Confidentiality & Ethics

– Affiliates must not disclose internal business information, pricing strategies, or private client details.

– Misuse of privileged information will lead to termination.

– Affiliates must act with integrity, professionalism, and in alignment with Benmak Virtual Assistants’ brand values.

6. Client Acceptance

– Only clients who require services offered by Benmak Virtual Assistants are eligible referrals.

– Benmak Virtual Assistants reserves the right to evaluate, accept, or reject referrals at its sole discretion.

7. Program Modifications

– Benmak Virtual Assistants may update commission rates, terms, or program rules at any time.

– Affiliates will be notified in advance of any major changes.

8. Termination

– Either party may terminate participation with written notice.

– Violation of these Terms results in immediate termination.

9. Client Data Handling

– Affiliates are strictly prohibited from requesting or collecting sensitive client information such as passwords, security codes, or account access credentials.

– Affiliates may review or visit client platforms (e.g., websites, social media pages) only for the purpose of understanding their needs, but must not ask for sensitive data.

– All sensitive data required for service delivery will be handled exclusively by Benmak Virtual Assistants staff, in accordance with our Data Privacy Policy.

– Any affiliate found requesting or misusing client-sensitive information will be immediately terminated from the program and may face further legal consequences.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

– Information shared by affiliates (such as identification details, email, and payment information) will be used solely for their identification, correspondence, and payment purposes.

– Benmak Virtual Assistants will not sell, rent, or misuse affiliate data.

– Data will be stored securely and only accessed by authorized personnel for the aforesaid purposes.
